This bright, unique min-nan (i.e. ball rolled) style honey oolong tea comes from Indonesia, a unusual growing region for oolongs. The flavor starts out strong and mellows into a sweet, toasted, and smooth cup.
Grown: Banten, Indonesia
Organic: Certified IMO
Dry Aroma: Sweet Floral and Honey
Tasting Notes: Honey, Floral – Orchid, Graham Cracker, and Mild Toasty Sweetness
Brewing Suggestion: We like this tea best in a teapot when we used 1 tablespoon (3-4 grams) of tea first brewed for 2-3 minutes. For gaiwan brewing, we recommend sticking to 30-45 seconds.
