This LiShan Spring 2016 Oolong is a fresh and buttery high mountain oolong. Honey and sweet vegetal notes dominate this beautiful example of a high mountain oolong. The mouth feel is so incredibly smooth it’s hard to put this one down.
Grown: LiShan, Taiwan
Type: High Mountain Oolong (between 1500-2000m)
Organic: No – Conventional Estate
Dry Aroma: Butter, Cereal, Honey, Garden Vegetal

Brewing Suggestion: We like this tea best in a teapot when we used 1 teaspoons (3-5 grams) of tea first brewed for 3-5 minutes with boiling water. For gaiwan brewing, use about 5 grams for around 30-45 seconds for the first steep.
