These Smoked Green Pearls are a unique, smoky, high-altitude Himalayan green tea. It’s a vibrant, fresh, and flavorful brew. The liquor is a strong and astringent brew with bonito and roasted hay flavors that come directly from the oak these leaves are smoked over.

Organic: No – Conventional
Dry Aroma: Smokey Bonito and Sweet Caramel
Tasting Notes: Roasted Hay and Smokey Bonito with Very Dry Mouth-feel
Brewing Suggestion: We like this tea best in a teapot when we used 1 teaspoon (2-3 grams) of tea first brewed for 30-60 seconds at 180F. The tea leaves on this are smaller than usual and the brew is very strong so it may take a try or two to get your favorite brew down. For gaiwan brewing, we recommend no more than 30-45 seconds for your first brew.
